Description:

The PetSafe® Deluxe Crystal Litter Box System is an innovative litter box that is designed to work specifically with crystal litter. At the beginning of the month, simply fill the box with one bag of PetSafe® Premium Crystal Litter. As your cat uses the box, the crystal litter will absorb urine and dehydrate solid waste to control odours. The tray is lined with an absorbent pee pad that acts as an extra layer of protection catching any urine that the crystal litter does not immediately absorb. Vents along the underside of the litter box encourage airflow beneath the crystal litter to extend the life and freshness of the litter. Use the included scoop to dispose of solid waste daily, and the anti-tracking grid on the front of the litter box will keep litter inside the box and off your floor. One bag of crystal litter will last up to one month in a single cat household. Simply empty the box at the end of the month, clean it out and refill with another bag of crystal litter for another month of unbeatable odour control.

If you do need to make a return, then we offer a 28 day free returns policy.

We understand that we all make purchases that, on reflection, may be unsuitable and we wish to return an item.

The cost of shipping an item to you, and then the cost of getting it sent back, can have a detrimental effect on our business, and we ask that you carry out the appropriate research before making your purchase.

When you are purchasing a cat flap, please ensure: -

  • To select the most appropriate cat flap for your cat’s size, weight and needs.
  • We recommend that customers use the flap sizes to cut a hole in a cardboard box to see if the cat/dog will fit through it ok.
  • It is vital that you are confident that your cat flap purchase will fit in the desired place in your home. For example – if it is a glass installation, is the glass wide enough?

To be eligible for our 28 day return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All products in our store carry a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty lies with the manufacturer of the product. Please remember to fill in the official warranty that comes with your product- just in case.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
