LIVE Tracking & Location History

The Tractive GPS pet tracker does not only show the current position of your dog, but also all the places they have been. In Live Tracking mode, you get your dog's location every 2-3 seconds.

Virtual Fence (Geofence)

Set a designated safe area (e.g. your backyard or neighbourhood) by creating a Virtual Fence in the Tractive GPS app and get notified when your pet enters or exits this area.

Service Plan

Tractive uses GPS and communicates through cell phone towers, which enable you to track your pet 24/7. Since using the cell phone towers and infrastructure has expense associated with it, a small monthly or annual fee has to be charged by Tractive. You can stop and restart the service anytime, and we don't charge any activation or other hidden fees.

The service fee is a flat fee. Tractive offers different service options. More information can be found on the website of Tractive!

Items are packed on the day you place your order and are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2.30pm. Your package should arrive within two to four working days.

We use Parcelforce Express - This is for the next day, fully tracked service with proof of delivery and interactive SMS/email notifications and actual one-hour delivery windowWhich gives you GPS tracking with My Parcel Live APP where you can see a map of where the parcel is in real-time.

All orders must be signed for (delivery driver can sign for you at present due to Covid-19).

If you do need to make a return, then we offer a 28 day free returns policy.

We understand that we all make purchases that, on reflection, may be unsuitable and we wish to return an item.

The cost of shipping an item to you, and then the cost of getting it sent back, can have a detrimental effect on our business, and we ask that you carry out the appropriate research before making your purchase.

When you are purchasing a cat flap, please ensure: -

  • To select the most appropriate cat flap for your cat’s size, weight and needs.
  • We recommend that customers use the flap sizes to cut a hole in a cardboard box to see if the cat/dog will fit through it ok.
  • It is vital that you are confident that your cat flap purchase will fit in the desired place in your home. For example – if it is a glass installation, is the glass wide enough?

To be eligible for our 28 day return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All products in our store carry a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty lies with the manufacturer of the product. Please remember to fill in the official warranty that comes with your product- just in case.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
