This extra SmartKey Electronic Key, can be used for additional pets using your SmartDoor Electronic Pet Door.
Using radio-frequency technology, the SmartDoor reads the signal of a SmartKey worn on your pet's collar and triggers the battery power-driven flap to unlock. When the SmartDoor no longer senses your pet's SmartKey, the flap automatically locks back into place reducing the risk of unwanted animals, pets and strays coming into your home.
The PetSafe Electronic SmartKey is compatible with the PetSafe Electronic SmartDoors. Replace your old SmartKey, or, for multiple pets, program up to five SmartKeys with your SmartDoor. This extra SmartKey can be used for an additional pet using your Electronic SmartDoor. Our innovative Smart Door recognizes the SmartKey worn on your pet's collar and unlocks the pet door. After your pet has passed through and the SmartDoor no longer senses your pet's SmartKey, it automatically locks back into place. Each SmartDoor can program up to 5 SmartKey units. Compatible with the Electronic SmartDoor (PPA11-10709 & PPA11-10711).

We are delighted to offer you free delivery on all orders over £20.00. Items are packed on the day you order them and are dispatched next day and should arrive within four working days.

All orders must be signed for (delivery driver can sign for you at present due to Covid-19).

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period then we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
Free Returns – Smart Pet Devices
We are confident that you will love your product. If you do need to make a return, then we offer a 28 day free returns policy.
To be eligible for our 28 day return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are happy to offer free returns where needed, and we understand that we all make purchases that, on reflection, may be unsuitable and we wish to return an item. We also hope to build relationships and rapport with our customers and hope that you will come back to our store time and time again.
Whilst we do offer free returns, please do keep in mind that we are a family run retailer, and as such, we appeal to you to ensure that you have checked that the product you are purchasing is suitable for you, your home and your pet’s needs. For example – is it the right size cat flap for your cat/or the space is has to go into? Or is the feeding station big enough for your pets needs?
The cost of shipping an item to you, and then the cost of getting it sent back, can have a detrimental effect on our business, and we ask that you please be responsible in your purchasing.
All products in our store carry a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty lies with the manufacturer of the product. Please remember to fill in the official warranty that comes with your product- just in case.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
