The Cat Mate C500 will serve up to 5 meals at your pet's normal meal times when you are away - during the day, evening or over the weekend. Suitable for feeding both wet and dry foods, the twin ice packs and close fitting lid help keep food fresh. Just programme the easy to use digital timer to the required meal times. Once set, all programmed feeds are visible on the LCD display.
The five large food compartments each hold ¾ lb. of food - enough for two cats or a small dog.
Requires 3 x AA batteries (not included) which will give over 12 months operation.
Designed to be tamper resistant to pets, the C500 may be easily fastened to a wooden board for extra stability, if required.
It features an easy to use digital timer which allows you to programme individual meal times.
The Cat Mate C500 has an easy to clean, dishwasher-proof lid and bowl.

- To select the most appropriate cat flap for your cat’s size, weight and needs.
- We recommend that customers use the flap sizes to cut a hole in a cardboard box to see if the cat/dog will fit through it ok.
- It is vital that you are confident that your cat flap purchase will fit in the desired place in your home. For example – if it is a glass installation, is the glass wide enough?
To be eligible for our 28 day return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is the difference between this model and the Cat Mate C300 Automatic Pet Feeder?
The C500 features 5 meal compartments, while the C300 features 3 meal compartments.

Is this good for wet food for cats? What would stop the food from spoiling?
This product includes twin ice packs to keep food fresh and works well with both wet and dry food.

Can a food motivated cat turn the tray with their paw or teeth? He already managed to break into 2 other automatic feeders that spun around like this one.
The lid of this feeder is held in place with a snap so that your pet will not be able to break into it.

Does it work over multiple days or just within a 24 cycle?
This product allows feeding up to 4 days. For example, if you require one meal a day you need only set the time for MEAL 1 to allow feeding up to 4 days. If you require 2 meals each day you will need to set the times of MEAL 1 and MEAL 2 to allow feeding up to 2 days.
United KingdomI LOVE this item and the only way it could be improved is by having one more slot so I can feed my Greedy cat enough without having to do it manually - oh and it it were smart (i.e: controlled by an app) but even though it is battery operated - It does the job, its easy to clean and i fully recommend it!!! I even bought my best friends mum one so she can attempt to have a lie in and let the feeder do all the work!
